The hotel is situated perfectly, just a brief stroll to Plaza Grande and all the key attractions and eateries in Centro Historico, offering a serene atmosphere at night. The rooms were impeccably clean, secure, and provided a view of a delightful central pool, despite feeling like they were the least inviting in the building. The service was wonderfully responsive and accommodating, with staff members who spoke excellent English and were truly helpful. The location couldn't be better for exploring the city, with easy access to all the hot tourist spots and a charming pool area in a beautiful garden setting. The dining experience, while not exceptional, served its purpose adequately. However, the hotel staff's attitude was a letdown in one instance. Overall, a welcoming place with a few minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Plaza Grande and all the main attractions in the Centro Historico. The rooms were clean, secure, and overlooked a small central pool, providing a peaceful setting. However, there was a slight issue with a vibrating noise that persisted throughout the night, which might bother those sensitive to noise.
When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms were fairly big, had a nice bathroom, and offered a view of the pool. It was a bit warm initially, but quickly cooled off. However, the absence of an iron and the noisy air con units on the roof were drawbacks. The service was pleasant and non-obtrusive, and they even recommended a lovely local restaurant for our last night. Although some staff members could benefit from more training, overall, the service was satisfactory. The location was a perfect blend of closeness to main attractions and eateries in Centro Historico while providing a quiet retreat at night. The central courtyard added a charming touch to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short with subpar quality. Despite this, the facilities were adequate and functional. The hotel offers good value for money with its convenient location and decent amenities.
